By using the ReLaptop website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

ReLaptop provides a platform for businesses to sell used enterprise laptops in bulk. Our services include inventory valuation, quote generation, logistics coordination, and payment processing.

2. Quotes and Offers

All quotes provided by ReLaptop are based on the information provided by the seller regarding the quantity, model, and condition (Grade A/B) of the devices. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust our offer if the actual condition of the devices received does not match the description provided.

3. Equipment Standards

We only purchase Grade A and Grade B enterprise-class laptops. We do not purchase consumer-grade equipment, broken devices, or non-laptop hardware unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Logistics and Pickup

ReLaptop coordinates and funds the pickup of equipment from the seller's location within Europe. The seller is responsible for ensuring the equipment is safely packed and ready for transport. ReLaptop is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging by the seller.

5. Verification and Payment

Upon receipt, all devices undergo a verification process. Once verified, payment is initiated via SEPA bank transfer within 48 hours. The seller must provide accurate bank details for payment.

6. Data Responsibility

Sellers are encouraged to wipe all sensitive data from devices before shipment. While ReLaptop performs a standard data wipe upon receipt, the primary responsibility for data security remains with the seller until the point of receipt and verification.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
